Set up payouts and read your earnings
Connect Stripe and understand the amounts and transfer states in Studio.
Open Studio → Payouts and follow the Stripe setup button. Stripe collects the identity, bank, and tax details it needs; complete any outstanding steps in Stripe before expecting transfers. If setup is unavailable, return to the Payouts page later or contact the marketplace team with the message shown there.
The earnings table shows each order's creator share and its transfer state. For independent creator listings, DaVinci Market's marketplace commission is 15% of the paid product amount after discounts; the creator share is 85%. Refunds can reduce or reverse that share. Stripe is the source of truth for actual transfers and bank payouts.
A sale can appear before your Stripe account is ready to receive transfers. Finish onboarding and check the status again. If a transfer remains waiting after setup is complete, contact support with the order reference; do not send bank details through the contact form.
