Account access and security
Sign in safely and protect the purchase and creator data linked to your account.
Use the same sign-in method and email address you used when purchasing. If you signed in with Google, use Google again; if you created an email-and-password account, use that sign-in method. The account menu shows links available to your current role.
DaVinci Market keeps its session cookie inaccessible to page scripts. The account display shown in the header is presentation data; private pages and actions check your session and permissions on the server. Do not share one-time links, passwords, or access tokens.
If you suspect someone else has access, sign out and contact support. For a creator or admin permission issue, include the page you were trying to open and the account email, but never send credentials.
