Checkout, orders, and payment
What to expect when buying a paid product or claiming a free one.
Review your cart before continuing. If a product offers multiple license tiers or platform builds, choose the option that matches your use and computer. The product price is shown in Canadian dollars where the checkout supports CAD.
Paid checkout is handled through Stripe. DaVinci Market does not ask you to send card details by email or chat. If checkout fails, confirm the payment method with your provider, then try again from your cart. Avoid submitting repeatedly while a payment is still processing.
After a successful order, signed-in buyers can open Account → Downloads. If you checked out as a guest, use the access link sent to the email address used at checkout. Keep that link private; it is a bearer link for the order. Contact support if the payment was captured but the order page still shows pending.
